It has undergone extensive toxicology, biocompatibility and microbiological tests as well as human clinical testing, and contains no drying chemicals or fibres.

INSTEAD Cups (Softcup) are unique disposable period protection product that is worn internally and collects, rather than absorbs, menstrual fluid.

Instead Cup (Softcup) holds rather than absorbs menstrual fluid, you should be able to wear the Softcup twice as long as a tampon up to a maximum of 12 hours.
