ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Tracy Hogg, RNMH, MS, a British-trained nurse, lactation educator and newborn consultant, has cared for more than five thousand infnats over the past twenty-four years. Sharpened by her early work with disabled children who often lacked verbal communication skills, Tracy cultivated an uncanny ability to interpret babies' cries, understand their needs and calm them - a gift that has earned her the nickname 'the baby whisperer'.
Since 1997, Tracy has operated Baby Techniques, a shop and consulting enterprise which has enabled Tracy to share her secrets with parents as well as professionals. Mother of two daughters and now living in Los Angeles, this Yorkshire author's methods are used by a whole host of grateful Hollywood celebrities including Cindy Crawford and Michael J. Fox.
