The ovulation test strip visualises the content of LH (Luteinizing Hormone) in your urine. Ovulation occurs as a result of a strong increase in your body's production of LH. LH can be detected in your urine.
You can therefore find out when you have the greatest chance of becoming pregnant by measuring the increase in the concentration of LH in your urine.
This home lh test has been developed for home use and is just as safe (over 99 %) as the urine tests carried out at laboratories.
The ovulation test must be carried out over a 5-day period or until the result is positive. It is accompanied by comprehensive and easy-to-understand guidelines in English.

You should aim to collect your urine between the hours of 10.00am-8.00pm and then try to collect your urine at approximately the same time each day until you have identified your L.H. surge.
You should also try to limit your fluid intake for about 2 hours before collecting your urine, as excess amounts of fluid can dilute the L.H. in your urine.
You should avoid testing your urine first thing in the morning, as the first day of the L.H. surge may not be detected.
Use the ovulation test once a day, at about the same time - between 10:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M.
N.B Do not use first morning samples as LH is synthesized in your body early in the morning.
It will not show up in urine until later in the day.
Some women have found that their best sample is after 12 noon.
Be sure to test at the same time each day.
Reduce your liquid intake around 2 hours before testing urine as a diluted liquid sample can prevent LH detection.
